b seires swap parts

Are the distributors and alternators swapable among all b-series motors?

i believe so besides obd1 and obd2 and vtec dizzy's and non vtec dizzy's.Ive heard you can use an obd2 dizzy for an obd1 car but youll have to rewire somethings and its a larger pain in the ***
