Default Burning tons of oil!!!! HELP!

I have came to the end of the road on this damn motor!

1998 Integra GSR motor B18C1

Dropped motor in car, smoked like mad, had tons of oil in the cylinders

OK, maybe bad valve seals. Replaced them, still smokes like mad.

Rebuilt whole motor, new rings, had head shipped off to get valves reground, pressue tested, surfaced, and the exhaust guides were replaced because I was told they were bad. New Valve seals replaced again, new head gasket installed.

I have rebuild the head, and the whole bottom end of the motor, but it smokes like MAD

Compression tests out fine, motor starts, idles and seams to run fine but blows tons of oil out!

Might be an actual problem with the block/head that can't really be fixed.

If Everything was rebuilt, and it was broken in right, or even if it smoked before break in,
That's if everything was done right, it should have no reason to smoke.

But I would suspect the actual shell of the motor.
