hp levels will dictate injector size. 10lbs tells us nothing because you tell us nothing about the setup and turbo.

short answer. no.
the stock fuel injectors on a honda are pushed to 100% duty cycle. i cant remember the actual reason for this. i cna post a stock map if you would like so you can see for yoru self. you can raise yoru fuel pressure... and gain some extra flow rating out of that. just like a... what is it FMU? it modifies the fuel pressure to compensate. you gain about 40% efficecny from bumping hte pressure or so. so if you double pressure you get 40% more flow. but you likely dont want to double your fuel pressure. best bet is to at least grab some DSM450's i dunno if this is big enough for a H23... but gonna be alot closer than your factory. if anythign a little more pressure on the 450's should get you enough fuel (hopefully).

edit: okay maybe H22's dont max out... i dont have factory map of an H23. but on a b16 the injectors are at max duty cycle

that still means nothing. there are tons of t3/t4 variations. but the above responses should give you a good idea of what you need.
