Code 10 and 14. I cant get rid of them

Code 10 and 14. I cant get rid of them PLZ HELP
i changed both the iat and iac and took the ecu off for like 10mins to reset it and the damn cel is still there with the same codes. i checked the wires with a multi meter to see if maybe the got ripped somewhere in the harness but i got readings for both. any help is much appreciated cuz i am frustrated right about now.
