i just put in my 255 and it works and everything but i left my tune the same and the fuel pump didnt change anything like i thought it would change the a/f but its the same and thought it would make it rich im tuned on crome and the fuel pressure is set at 45 psi so do i need to turn up the psi like to 55psi or what ??? what do u guys set yours at ???
the fuel pump isn't going to change anything it's just going to pump more and eventually if need to run bigger injectors its going to make sure you have enough fuel unlike the oem fuel pump where you could run into fuel starvation problems from the pump not being able to keep up with the injectors
it sounds like you need to either raise your static fuel press. or run bigger injectors because if i remember right injectors start to flutter at aroun 98% duty cycle but you can get away with it for a short time if you rase you fp try aroun 50 psi
get bigger injectors. bumping the pressure makes them work harder than they have to, and at 95% idc already, you dont want to overwork them anymore.
