HELP MY TURBO ISN"T SPINNING
Hey guys, I just installed a Garrett t25 with an XSPOWER manifold on my d15 and I made sure all connections were tight and in their proper place and started the engine. Well I don't hear any noise that you would typically hear from a boosted car so I look in the engine bay with the car running and sure enough, the engine is running but the blades in the intake side of the turbo aren't spinning at all. Car is still running even though it sounds like it has an exhaust leak, but it doesn't seem like that would be enough to prevent the turbo from spinning at least a little. I am stumped right now, how is this possible?>
Do they spin free by hand with the engine shut off....lol?
Maybe some chinese guy packed the runners with hardened **** to confirm to Americans what XSpower manifolds truly are and it's blocking your flow.
