Clicking noise when turning steering wheel?

Clicking noise when turning steering wheel?
Just had axles replaced...and I still can't figure out why everytime I turn the steering wheel, I hear a clicking noise. Anybody experiencing a similar problem?

The axles replaced were remanufactured..so it can't be the CV boot.

So car off, turn the wheel and it clicks? Then I'd say bad unit(s). Try to determine which side it is first.
Also, was that "click" noise there before you replaced them? Could be something totally different all together.

Get another reman axle and try it out. Just replace the left side this time.
I've seen Vatozone axles do the same thing right out of the box.

I'll probably do that..if it's not the axle then I don't know..

There is still ball joints and wheel bearings. Also, just for S&G's, check the torque of the lugs...

I have been told that the ball joints and wheel bearings may need lubrication? Could it be the reason for the loud squeaking when I reverse my car?

That doesn't mean a thing. I had to replace an axle on my civic and every time I put in a re-manufactured axle the noise and vibration didn't go away. I exchanged the axle 4 times and finally gave up. I eventually got a new oem axle and the noise and vibration went away.

I should have just bought OEM from the start. Now I am broke.
I am still experiencing loud squeaking when the car motion is forward and backwards....possibly brake pads? or just the wheel bearings?
