Default oem wing removal.....

anyone got a DIY the stock wing removal...and how to fill the holes that left behinds......thx alot

weld a small covering the bottom of the hole then use bondo on top to smooth it out

to remove it all you have to do is remove the 4 screws holding it place underneath and then find the connector inside where the connector is hooked up. as far as filling... deadline is onpoint. you'll need a welder and to sand the area to bare metal.

or you could just buy plugs to plug the holes after u take the wing off. I have the plugs if you want them. 10 bucks shipped.

Body work is not something you just want to jump into, i'd buy the plugs.

polyester putty works like a charm put sum duck tape under the panel where the hold is and spread ur poly putty let it dry and start sanding ...on yea and make it a low spot around the holes not too deep tho...

Plugs are the way to go because if you change your mind, as I know we all do with our tegs you have the option of the stock wing again, Type R or a Mugen.

yea thats what i use for my friends integra, his hatch has no holes anymore, but i learned a new way on ht, currently making a door to type r, i used sheet metal about 1x1 inch and jb welded it to the back and bondo on the top flat..ill get some pix up.
