Can anyone help me? When my 2000 CX hatch (d16y7) warms up it hesitates when i stop at lights. It is fine when it is cold, only after it warms up does it start to hesitate. I changed the wires, plugs and air filter but that did nothing. Cleaned fuel injectors, and again nothing. Anyone have any ideas? Ohh and if i put it in park or nueutral it shakes a lot less than when in gear.

Fuel filter, injectors, rail all new. Along with a new distributor cap and rotor. Distributor was fine when cap and rotor changed. Also if it were the fuel filter i think i would hesitate when accelerating. I assume it is a sensor. TPS or MAP or something. I was hoping someone had the same issue and could save me some money and time.
