Where to find black A emblems
I'm trying to find a place to buy black A emblems for my car. I looked on ebay and other sites with no luck. If anyone know a place that sells them let me know.

jus take yours off and paint em...das what i did..came out pretty clean...it only took me about 20-30 minutes max and it came out clean...just get sum emblem tape if u want it to lo0k profesional...they sell it at honda/acura dealers

emblem, i know at the dealer they sell these sweet gunmetal/blackish emblems. they call em "black gold" ive seen em in person and trust me they look waaay better than painted emblems.

I'm actually talking about the aftermarkert ones with the black background so if anyone knows a place online that has them please let me know. I was thinking about getting some stock ones and painting them black if I can't find the other ones. Those honda ones sound pretty nice too

I agree I've actually seen some "black gold" or "black chrome" compass emblems at Acura dealers and they look very nice and not many people have them. You should check those out.

yup those are them, but the pic doesnt do it justice. when you see them in person they have this nice dark gunmetal reflective surface. they dont look cheap like aftermarket emblems.

sorry if its kind of a too far shot.
They do sell carbon fiber ones, but i hate those. The colored backed emblems are 2 piece. The piece that has the "A" and colored backing and the rim around it. Just find a way to separate them and get access to the back of the painted colored part, and that part will sand right off, then you can paint it black, (or any other color you want)
I found this out during a long long day and i was really bored. Black is the only color that would go with my car. If this is too vague i can prolly take some extra pics with the digi

Briansdc4- those are the ones I am talking about, the black gold ones are nice but damn they are like twice the price, where did you get yours?? I have looked everywhere and cannot find a place that has black, they have all other colors except black

ok i bought the black chrome today at manchesterhonda it looks great, it looks like like chrome yet black ( gunmetal?) hard to describe, wish i had a digi...i paid $24. but i was only able to buy one

to colored emblems. if it's not a type R it shouldn' be colored, and if it is it should be red.
no rear emblems, and 98+ tails. i think the 98+ tails make a nice diff on thunder grey tegs.
96Integ, i had to make mine. get a red one, break off the part that is colored and has the A from the backing. Then sand off the red, but not the "A" then just spray it black, let dry, then glue it back to its backing. Now youve got new emblems.
