Default Euro-R intake manifold owners...get in here!!!!

This is the diagram for the USDM h22 intake manifold. I have a Euro-R ready to install. My issue is with line #20 that goes to the EVAP purge solenoid and #24 which goes to the Constant Vacuum control valve/egr control valve.

The new manifold does not have nipples for these two lines.

I plan on removing the EGR system, so is it safe to remove the constant vacuum control valve, even though it appears it effects more than the EGR system??

Can I take out the EVAP purge solenoid and cap the charcoal canister where the line runs from the EVAP purge soenoid?? I understand that once pressure builds, this solenoid allows vapor from the gas tank to vent into the intake manifold. So if its capped off, how can the pressure be relieved.

I have no idea what do to here, and I'm pretty sure I'm the first guy locally with this setup. Really relying on you guys that have done this. Thanks
