Default real noob question..

i just got a 98 integra yesterday and i cant find the trunk release!!

seems like a real noob question but i looked all over the usual spots, ie. driver side seat, glove box, center console

ive been in integras before but never opened the trunk. i hate to ask but i wanna kno if its there or not. sucks if i have to get out and open my trunk with the key every time

thanx in advance

walk to the rear of the car. There is like a notch cut in the hatch, feel under that. Next you will feel a little lever, push it to the left. Now lift the hatch open....there ya go!

Only works when the car is unlocked.

I think the 98-01 coupes didnt have the trunk release by the gas lever, may have that mixed up and may be wrong altogether though.

Yea, it wont open unless the car is unlocked. Dont feel bad, I looked for it inside too at first.
