my gsr squeks when i barely take off and sometimes when i switch gears. ive been wondering what is making that sound. im thinking its my clutch but i am not sure. please help..

 

can you feel it in the clutch pedal or the shifter? or can you just hear it. a lot of squeaking noises can be a worn out suspension bushing. is it coming from the front or the rear?

 

I had this problem also and figured out that it is the exhaust flexing everytime the engine rocks back and forth. To check for this problem, Pull your parking brake, roll down your window(so you can hear) put the car in gear and release the clutch just enough to get the engine to move, but not enough to move the car. If you here a squeeking noise, it is probably the flex pipe on you exhaust system or another connection or hanger. Check it out and let me know.
