Default Does anyone know How To Change Motor Oil,,,from a 97 integra LS

i got a 97 LS need to remove the screw to take out the motor oil and replace them..does anyone know the picture of the screw and where is the screw so i can unscrew it and change my oil??? please helpe

under the engine there is an oil pan and attached to the oil pan there is the drain plug...

get under your car look in the back of the oil pan there is a 12 mm bolt i believe there get a catch pan unscrew the bolt let oil drin look up into engine and find the oil filter located somewhere on the back of your block unscrew it as well
get new filter put some new oil on the gasket and screw it in where the old filter was put drain bolt back in fill engine with oi should take 3 1/2 - 4 quarts i belive

I'm guessing you just got the car recently. But a lot of drain plugs on cars are marked with some blue paint. Yours might be too.

For some reason my freinds old teg was I did think it was kinda odd but yea i guess its 17mm. My EK has a 13mm shrugs

It's not like you were born knowing how to do all of this. Who cares that he owns a Honda. It's not like there aren't thousands and thousands of oil change places out there.

yeah dude... seriously safety first... even though it is just an oil change... have someone there with u in case the car does shimmy or something does happen... your friend could be the one saving ur life
