my friend has a 98 civic DX hatch and he purchased a AEM V2, well he sold his car and now its just sitting in his garage collecting dust, will the V2 fit in My 01 EX? any feed back will be appreciated. thanks!

 

no because the throttle body is facing up and 98 faces the side

 

I have an aem v2 that will fit your car for 125

doesn't the d16 non-vtec face up too?

i had an ek before (96-00) and i took my old intake and trimmed it down to fit my 01 civic (d17 non-vtec)

 

yea its not gonna fit.. but i got the aem short ram off my ej8 and mod'd it a little bit to fit my 05 lx. i used a screw and duct tape to block off the port to the head and i tapped a small hole in the boot and put my 02 sensor in there.. talk about jimmy rigged hahaha heres the pic

So what did you do to your filter....have your way with it.

 

oh my ej8 got totaled... thats why near the top of the tube theres a dent.. from the strut bar.. and the filter got smahed in pretty bad since i was pushed into another car
