I am doing a rebuild on a motor for my car and when I put it in in a few months I am going to be swapping out the mounts.

I am leaning towards Hasport, I found them from a sponsor for $360 but my Teg is a daily driver and I don't want the car shaking like it's a 90. earthquake.

Are there any other mounts I should take a look at? I heard that the Avid mounts are a pain to install.

Oh, and I did a search and came up with a bunch of threads on the ES inserts, not the route I want to go.

 

Would you ever replace with OEM mounts or are you looking to go aftermarket only?

innovative are nice. i have those. if u gonna get hte hasport just make sure the urethane is within the specs u looking for. they have them in diff application. u can also try hardrace. dont knwo to much about them but they make all five mounts. heard they where a good ride.

 

I just got finished looking at innovative mounts, found them here. Are these the "street" ones i should get?

I would stick with OEM but I would have to replace them as they have over150K on them. When I am done I sould have around 200hp and don't want to have to worry about the stockers ripping.

I just got them for my swap and also got the cable to hydro setup .. I love it couldnt ask for better

Innovative or Hasport?

I think I am going to go with Innovative. I have them in my race Civic and they are nice mounts, plus they are a bit less than Hasport.

 

stock/oem is best

 

I ran Avids and Hasports on 3 of my last cars and my current EG I have Avids. The fitment was great and same **** as Hasports if you ask me... Sometimes peeps don't install prop and they complain, so take your pick...
