What? I'm sorry. I don't understand what you're asking.

P2N was in charge of D16Y5 (OBD-II VTEC-E) and P07 was in charge of the D15Z1 (OBD-I VTEC-E). Though if you're using a JDM D15B you shouldn't be using either. It should be a P2J (I think) but you can definitely get away using a P28 (For '92-'95 USDM Si/EX) though that won't have 3 stage, that'll just have dual stage. So you can get an OBD-IIb to OBD-I conversion harness and run a chipped P28 with a JDM D15B basemap on it, run a P28 on it, see what the story is about the P2J, then see where you are from there.

I'm kind of confused as to what codes you're talking about - I think you mean ECU codes for that engine, but if you mean it's a JDM D15B it's only VTEC-E in the sense that it's a 3 stage VTEC setup - you'd need more than a VTEC-E ECU to run it as you need regular VTEC to engage as well.

Hope that helps . Sorry, I'm having trouble understanding exactly what you're asking.

EDIT:
Or are you asking the codes for for the check engine light?

If I remember correctly the JDM D15B uses a 3 stage VTEC system, it uses VTEC-E in the earlier RPM then engages VTEC (regular) at a higher one. That's why it's called 3 stage, opposed to regular VTEC or VTEC-E which is just a dual stage.

I think, anyways .

Yup ya got it.

VTEC-E works by only opening one intake valve at low RPMs then it opens both intake valves at like idk 4,800RPMs-5,300 (somewhere in between idk)

3 Stage VTEC works by opening 1 intake valve until like 2,300RPMs and then the 2nd stage kicks in which is 2 intake valves being used and finally the 3rd stage is simply VTEC as we know it where the cam profile changes for higher lift.
