What else to check to fix low idle?
I have searched and just wandered what else I could possibly check. I have a swapped H22A in a 94 accord. No CELs. It idles way too low (500 or lower) when it finally warms up and will die if I touch the gas and don't baby it back down. Here's what I've done so far:
1. Replaced plugs and wires
2. Cleaned the FATV and IACV
3. Checked voltage coming from TPS at closed throttle (0.49v)
I've even tried adjusting the idle with the screw, but it doesn't do anything either which way. When I disconnect the IACV to adjust the idle it bounces really bad and dies. I have checked the compression and it's 210 across the board. What's left to do? Thanks for any help you can give me.

The base idle is set with the IACV disconnected. Back out the idle adjust screw enough to keep the engine running and find the source of the bouncing idle (fast idle valve?). Once it runs without bouncing, adjust the base idle, typically 550-600rpm. Plugging in the IACV should then raise the idle to 750 or so. Look for vacuum leaks while you're at it.
