my 95 accord ex 4dr has bout 200,000 miles and it is definatly burning too rich u can smell it and bad gas mileage i am assuming that it is the 02 sensor on the eshaust manifold i was just wondering if this is most likely the problem before i go spending my money on a new 02 sensor

 

well normally if you have a bad o2 sensor it will throw a CEL...although that can cause it to run rich...Im not sure where to begin on what can cause it to run rich..there is a big list

 

02 sensors progressivly deteriorate i believe, so they can still be kinda shitty without putting out a CEL. But that probably wont be the only culprit for a rich running car..

 

ya im not getting any CEL any sugestions on what to do besides the o2 sensor

 

O2 sensor. If that doesn't fix it you can start working down the list.
