Question on Turbo-ing?
ok i know almost everything that i have to get , but there is one thing that i dont understand, how does the oil feed work and all that, please someone explain to me , everything about the oil, like how it gets to the turbo , where t run lines from and to
pressure from the block to the turbo, back into the oil pan,
you t off the oil pressure sensor, attach to the oil feed nipple on the turbo then add a drain back into a drilled and tapped oil pan with a fitting

It works the same way the engine's oiling system works. The oil pump pressurizes lines that feed the center cartridge and a drain line allows said oil to be evacuated at a steady pace via gravity. Be sure to install a pressure restriction in the feed line.

the oil is usually tapped from one of two places, both are pressurized already. some people T off of the oil pressure sender on the back of the block (near the filter). like luserkid said, the better way to go is to use a sandwich adapter. the GE ones are quality pieces, i couldnt afford one so i went with the blox sandwich.
