sorry when it comes to car audio i know nothing. But i got a 10" panasonic sub already in a box for cheap. whats a good watt amp to power it with?

Do you know what hte RMS wattage of that sub is? If you do, try to find an amp that delivers about 50 watts more and your sub will be happy. Those JBL amps listed above are excellent choices, go with them if you can. Awesome bang for the buck.
