Use an impact driver. You should be able to get one at your local auto parts store of choice.

Eh, I've broken my impact driver bits on these, I've had to drill em out every time. Don't put em back in.

Drill'em out. They serve no purpose anymore.

The only reason they're there is for when your Honda was on the assembly line, it kept the rotors from falling off while it moved down the line before the calipers, lines, etc got installed.

If you cant get those out, your either using the wrong tool or using it wrong. An impact driver is very effective. If your not willing to go to a shop then stop crying.

use two hammers, one ball pean with the ball part on the screw, use the other one to hit the one on the screw. the reason there tough to get off is because there rusted in there, once you break the rust loose they will come wright out, or you can spend money on a impact driver, find a snap on guy and buy a bit for it off him, there strong and gaurenteed for life.

another alternative, assuming if you've destroyed the screw head, is to use a punch with a strong pointed end and just hammer the screw at an angle and you'll be good to go.

x2 i have done this many times just make a notch on the edge and hammer a screw driver on an angle to turn out the screw

if the screw is still intact put a screw driver in and put some vise grips on the screw driver it might give you the extra leverage needed to take them off.

Use an impact driver. IF the screw is damaged to the point where an impact driver won't work (you would be surprised how far along that is) then use a grinder and grind them off. I'm assuming you are discarding the rotors if you are trying to remove them, who cares if you damage then if you replace them.
