i was driving normally my boosted d15b vtec after i changed my clutch, and on the way home suddnly my car starts to bog like hell, i went to check it and the fpr gauge dropped from 45psi to 20psi. i got crazy i thought someone played with it, i turned off the car and started it again and it went back to 45psi, after driving it for a couple of miles it did the same thing, is it weak voltage to the walbro fuel pump?! or bad fuel filter? or anything else?

Check the voltage, replace the filter, both good starting points.

 

but after i turn off the car and start it again its normal, i think voltage

Then why not check it?
