Default ECU swap?

Ive got a D16y7 in a 97DX coupe (3wire IACV), We swapped in a y8 manifold with a 2wire IACV, the idle is terrible. Anyway, I heard the only way to correct the idle is to swap the ecu, for a, if i am correct, OBD2a P2P. the question Im asking is will this plug strait in without modification, and correct the idle problem without further work?

Please bare with me.. Tried to explain the best I can, And not too sure what Im talking about.

Thanks in advance.

just put your stock 3 wire IAC back on. if it will not bolt up, find a 3 wire that will from another model honda.
