just a quick question! when you buy a turbo kit like for instance greddy do they all come with a turbo controller?? and also if it does come with a turbo controller does this allow you to control how much boost your running or does that have to be tuned on the dyno?!?!?! i'm srry if this is a topic that has been posted before, or belongs some where else

 

wtf is a turbo controller? wastegates and boostcontrollers determine your boost level. greddy has an internal wastegate at 8? psi i believe. you need to do more reading, loooottttssss moorrrreee. dyno tuning is always a good idea when you go turbo. greddy comes with emanage which is a piggyback unit. good luck and you better use the search button more

 

the kit is a set limit becuase of the internal waste gate, you can up if by removing their wastegate and buying an adustable or you can use a hommade boost controller aka a grangier valve, which installs inline with your internal waste gate pressure line

 

als on your way to the dyno pull the upper most charge pipe so your car is stock with a turbo blowing air out somewhere random

thats what i did, but if you want you can run rich with the greddy magemnet piggyback POS
