Clean it up and make sure everything looks okay.

But stick that beast in there and boost it.

well what if you cleaned both of them up sold the head (if you really wanted money) because you say you already have a z6 head on your block then you shouldnt need 2 unless your going to modify that one and swap it on.

clean the block and keep it for when your block decides to take a **** SIDEWAYS!!!!!!!!! maybe even build it if you have the time and money.

b7 is hit . rods are way to thin for boost. dont boost it if anyhitng throw in a nice can, ZC pistons and your set. nice little motor.

read the post... its a y7 not b7. you can still boost a b7.

if it was me id do a built mini me and turbo it. run your current z6 till its done then just swap n you have hardly any down time.

where do you get your info from? i want to shoot the guy who gives it to you because the all d-series have pretty much the same strength in their rods, there is the exception for the zc having little bit wider rods, it can handle a little bit more, but still.
As far as a car not having vtec@@!!@#, that doesnt mean anything lol. one of the most powerful d-series isnt vtec(d16zc dohc). b18b's, b20's those are fine motors.

well the reason we pulled the y7 z6 combo from the car is cause it made crappy crappy crappy power and we couldn't figure out why... we put this z6 in and it runs like a spotted *** ape...

the z6 in there now pulls really hard and i like it... i cant wait to build the z6 and turbo it thats gonna be sweet

but what could some reasons for crappy power and all the carbon on the valves and pistons? there was alot... way more than usual
