Default Uneven suspension

I've installed Tein lowering springs. The front driver's side is higher than the rest. I have swapped the driver's side and passengers side and still have the same problem of the driver's side being higher. I've checked all the mounts, compared the springs, and still have no clue why the driver's side is still higher. Is there something I'm missing that somebody can help me with and is there another way to adjust ride height on the standard car? It is a '99 Honda Civic EK

Well, you've ruled out the springs with the swap. How much is the difference? Are we talking a few millimeters, or inches?

The difference is 15 / 17 millimeteres (a significant visual and handling difference).

I have the same set up but my RF is lower than my LF. I'm going to replace all my bushings.

I have that same set up too^^^ but it's my passenger rear that's an inch higher than the rest. I've taken it apart, put it back together, swapped them around, etc it's always that same damn corner. I figured it was something I wasn't seeing that was bent or tweaked or I just ended up with a goofy spring, first time I've had H+Rs.

When you take your suspensions apart, make sure that when you bolt things back together, you compress the suspension at each corner ( using a floor jack ). Or if possible, put the car on the ground , then tighten things up.
