Default Is it possible to convert my 00 cx cluster to an ex cluster.

I order a lot of parts online at majestic honda. I was looking and saw that the cluster parts were broken down into many parts. My question is can I take my 00 cx cluster and buy the outer gauges (tach, and fuel/temp) and swap them into the cx cluster? If so is it that easy or is there anything special I have to do?

thanks

Yes, the gauge are removeable. Are you looking to have the EX cluster in your CX. Easiest way to do is to get the entiere cluster. And if you want to keep you original mileage just swap the speedo gauge.

Yep, it's completely plug any play.

Just get an Ex cluster and it's a pretty straightforwrd install.

I'm sure there's a write-up on this site somewhere.

I would just find a used EX cluster, they aren't that expensive at all. I actually have one if you want to buy it lol.

And besides, you can manually change the mileage on a cluster. So like others have said, I'd just look for a used cluster.
