Default Bottom caliper bolt is REALLY tight

I was attempting to replace the brake pads, and I took off the two 10 mm bolts that hold the brake line in fine, but when I started to take off the bottom caliper bolt, I just started to strip it. Maybe it's rusted on? Is there something I can get to take it off?

WD-40, a breaker bar, and gives yourself room. Don't attempt those bitches with a pitiful socket wrench.
