Default camshaft & crankshaft seals

I ordered both a crankshaft seal and camshaft seal from my local honda and when looking at them, the are the same seal. Even the part #'s match up. Are the crank and cam seals suppose to be the same thing?

Which motor would help. But I'm pretty sure they're different anyway...

my bad. stock d16y8! I've got two of the 91212-p2f-a01 part #. When I go to say slhondaparts.com, it comes up as an oil seal, but that's it. Any help please!

Thanks Man. I appreciate your help on this. So I basically got two cam seals. Hmmm.... But when I look for the crank seal, i can't find the part #. Any help here cause I can take back one of the cam seals today and get a crank seal when I got to pick up my car from the shop.

Alright this is what I think I have here.

I've got two of the crank oil seals that go on via the oil pump (91212-P2F-A01).

What I need to get is the cam oil seal which is (91213-P2F-A01).

Am I right on this guys?

One more question. I'm a little fuzzy w/ where the oil pump is but is it behind the crank wheel and in order to replace it, i would simply unbolt the crank wheel, pop out the old one and put in the new one?

your going to take all of the timing covers off, valve cover, timing belt off, crank gear, then you can pull out the old seal and put in the new one.

wish that link would work, but the pics don't show up. I know how to change the timing belt and all, just wasn't sure about the seal.
