ITR Pistons in ls/vtec???
I was just wondering if anyone had run p73's in their ls/vtec setup and if they had any problems with them, i have p30's right now but im lookin for a little more compression...im running an all oem bottom end with arp rod bolts and p30's right now with a p&p gsr head with full ITR valve train and cams. Any thoughts???
nope, never been done by anyone on HT. you would be the first in 4 million engine builds to ever accomplish such a feat. you should try it and revolutionize the industry as we know it.
its apparent you have no idea what your talking about and should utizie the red words on the upper right hand side of your screen.

USDMs yeah, not JDM. check zeal. every combo of head to block the JDM P73s will be .1 more. The c-speed calculator is weird.

Yes, it should be obvious to everyone that the compression ratio when running P73-00's changes by the day of the week, current timezone and moon phase, and one must compensate for this divide-by-zero time vortex in ones equations.

I heard about a guy doing it once, and said the "butt dyno" did not show a big improvement. But that was awhile ago, I am sure if he did it now his results would be different.
