Q's about LS/Vtec build up *already searched*
I am in the process of gathering a parts list for my LS/Vtec and have a couple of questions.
here is the proposed setup
LS block (obviously)
LS crank and rods
CTR or ITR pistons and rings
b16 head (ITR cams and valve springs/titanium retainers)
new Honda bearings
new itr oil pump and water pump
vtec timing belt
LS head gasket
ok so here's the Q's
1. will there be a problem with piston to valve clearance with the ITR/CTR
pistons on the LS rods and the ITR cams?
2. who makes the best all inclusive LS/Vtec oil line kit? Endyn?
3. what kind of compression #'s would I be looking at
4. my goal is 200whp N/A, is it possible with this setup?
That's all for now, Thanks guys for any help, I've done plenty of mechanic work before on my car but I've never built a motor before.

1)Not with ITRs, pretty sure not with CTRs either.
2) You can make your own kit, buy one off of jdmhondaparts, or you could get the Golden Eagle setup and a Stainless line.
3)USDM ITR pistons with B16 head=10.8:1, JDM ITRs = 11.2:1, CTRs=12.5:1
4) Definitely not possible with the ITR pistons, maybe possible with CTR pistons, hondata and lots of tuning.
