Thats how most people have theirs setup so its fine.

You're removing the whole PCV system(valve, box, hoses) right?

In a nutshell, turbo/supercharged/high /power/comp N/A motors have a lot more crankcase pressure where the stock PCV system is not enough to relief the built up crankcase pressure. By replacing it with a Open Breather catch can system, it relieves pressure better and allows the vapors to be released without dirtying up the engine bay/air too much.

Ok...then don't do it.
