Default Clutch pedal wont release until.....

ok let me explain the problem i broke the flywheel and starter when i was driving in 3rd meant to shift to 4th but idk somehow it went into 2nd (dumbass) my shifter bushings are worn out thats prob. the reason why. ok so now when i go to shift if i bring it all the way to redline the clutch sticks to the floor and releases in about 2 seconds or a bit more. what could be the problem. by the way its a 00 type r lsd tranny

Replace the fluid in the hydro system and check to see if theres grease on the throw-out bearing.

It sounds like you might have some air in the system. Try bleeding it and see if that helps. If that doesn't help it could be the master or slave cylinder, but I doubt it.

This has nothing to do with the tranny. It has something to do with the clutch system The tranny will not cause a pedal to stick.

you tried what on a different motor? It sounds like a hydraulic issiue, or like there is some sort of mechanical failure with the clutch pedal or throw out bearing...

Have you check the clutch pedal? is there grease? Is it to tight? is it bent?

get a new bleeder. make sure you are bleeding it properly (pump the clutch pedal til some pressure builds up. have a buddy open the bleder screw on the slave cylinder, and shut it before fluid stops coming out. do that a bunch of times, till there are no bubbles, and the fluid is nice and clean. remember to add fluid as the level drops in the master, see if that helps.

I would check your clutch fork for any damage as it might be binding if there has any damage to it. Also quick question.... did you bench bleed the master? did you accidently bottom out the piston when doing so?

Well if you bleed it a thousand times, and have a new slave and master cylinder, it is not a hydraulic issiue. start inspecting the through out bearing, fork, pressure plate, ect.. for somthing that is mechanically binding.
