Default **********HELP TRANSMISSION DOESNT SHIFT SMOOTH************

I just did a tranny swapout on my ek and when the engine is not on the tranny would shift smoothly. When the engine is on I have to litteraly FORCE the transmission into gear. What can be the problem. I changed out the clutch, flywheel, pilot bearing, everything and used an alignment tool replaced the fluids with honda tranny fluid. Please help gotta try and finish by tonight. Thanks!

Bleed your clutch cylinder.

I already bleed it but will go back and do it again.

u may need a new clutch master cylinder and a slave make sure no air is going in to the system too!!!
keep bleeding keep keep bleeding the clutch lol
but yea do that it should work make sure ur clutch pedal assembly bracket is still bolted to the fire wall to that was my problem i was missing one screw and i fixed everything big before going to that thats how air got into my system too it was pretty complicated but one screw the whole time kinda dumb i guess but ohhh well...

stupid question but what is the sequence of bleeding the clutch??? I know the brake, ie pump, pump, pump and hold then open up the brake cylinder and close after... is it the same? Do you need two people? I have a one man bleeding thing from autozone.

bro this is wat i did i had a
bottle under the slave and bleeder tube on the slave and crack the slave open.
now make sure ur clutch master cylinder is open before u do all of this and fill it all the way up with fluid that way no air will get in the system when that done jus start bleeding **** make sure the clutch cylinder does not go empty keep it filled up to the top after like 30 minutes cap the master up close the slave and pump the clutch repeat like 3 or 4 times keep a eye on the clutch master cylinder u dont want it to go down keep it up to level
