i want to do a b16 auto swap in my 1991 4 door. i was planning on ordering a 1st gen b16 from jdm1.com for 1500 shipped. Now, to convert to auto I know I'm going to need a b-series auto trans. Do I need a b-series auto trans mount or do I need to resort to a company like HASPORT for those mounts. Should the other mounts [besides tranny] that jdm1 sends me work?

Keep in mind this car is auto as it will have to remain auto. Also, what wiring harness should I use?

 

try to order a auto b16 from them w/auto tranny

 

hey man did you end up finding out which motor mounts you needed currently doing this in 2024!

 

there are no mounts for this swap and that transmission is physically too big to fit in that chassis. so even if you could find mounts it still wouldnt fit
