Default plugs look good after hard pulls. any reason to go higher heat?

im using stock spec ngk on my turbo mini me. gap to .28 . i did a few good pulls at about 15 psi and the plugs look fine.. not too dark or white.. so is there any reason to go to the next heat level or should i stay with the 5 series
