how do my spark plugs look ?
dont remember how many miles are on the plugs, maybe about 2 or 3 oil changes worth
ngk 6097's - BKR7E , stock gsr turbo 9psi
just wanting to know if they are sparking well , and etc
plugs are pulled in cylinder order 4 - 3 - 2 - 1

2 and 3 are running hottest, overall they look fine for the mostpart. Inspecting plugs can't really be done this way though. You really need a light, and magnifying glass to look down inside and inspect for any aluminum flakes or specks. At a quick glance they look fine.
Like I said, only thing I see is the heat in 2 and 3...getting a tad high. #4 might have something small happening, could be running cooler therefore not cleaning itself as well, hard to say.

no i just pulled them after driving around,
i also forgot to mention, my car was putterin/missfiring thru out some of the rpm's, it never did it untill today, like i would rev up and it would hesitate to reach redline after lik 5k rpm in certain area's, thats why i changed the plugs, and it was fine after that
would gettin some colder plugs make it not run so hot , such as a BK6RE, or is there something else i should try

Yeah, you wanna see the heat only going about half to two thirds of the way up the threads. The 2 and 3 have heat way up top, which means they are getting close to overwhelmed and the ground strap could be glowing red and causing pre-ignition.
Also, don't forget to close up your gap a little unless your running a higher output ignition system...something with the power to jump the gap under higher cylinder pressure.

Since when are 7's the FTMFW plugs to use. He's running a 1.8 GSR, more displacement and more cam than a B16, and he didn't mention the turbo. Regardless, 9psi doesn't mean dick, his motor wants what it wants.
Based on your current state of tune, two plugs are running pretty hot is all I'm saying. You could close the gaps down...maybe be fine. Maybe your A/F's are a little leaner than B16 boy up there and your combustion temps are hotter. Either way, use the plug that the threads tell you to use, not what some unwritten universal "9psi means 7's FTW" rule says.
In my opinion it's better to go one step colder, and check those out to make a good judgement. You ring a stock piston it's gonna crack. Get another set of plugs, and run them for a bit. See what the motor wants, then run it.
