Default gape plugs

how do i gap my plugs? simple right? and also i hear alot about my integra having to have a 3 bar map sensor or something if i turbo...is this true? i bought a greddy e-manage do i still need that sensor?

are you serious about these questions if so i think you really need to evaluate what you are trying to do. Turbo just might not be for you.

Gapping of plugs is simple procedure.

all you need is feeler guage and the plugs set them to whatever gap you feel that you need based on your setup

second thing about map sensor the stock one is only good to about 11psi anything above that will throw check even with a emanage.
