93 ex auto tranny in a 91 lx sdn auto.?

Default 93 ex auto tranny in a 91 lx sdn auto.?

Will a automatic tranny from a 93 civic fit into a 91 civic with an automatic?

They should since they are both d-series motors. One is OBD0 and one is OBD1 but I still don't think that matters any since the only electrical connection is for the reverse lights.

I'm thinking that the mounts are different. Moreso the one on the passenger's side frame rail.

it will bolt up but there is no front mount i beleive.

Thats when you bust out the Gum, JB Weld, Duct Tape, and Zip Ties... if you can't make a mount with that, you're screwed.

Why you need gum, jb weld or zip ties when you have duct tape?

Just fyi. I compared the 2 transmissions and They do not fit. THe front doesnt have the motor mount. THe top mount doesnt even line up close to where it should be.
