Default LS\VTEC TURBO HELP WITH P28 ECU

So I installed my turbo and DSM injectors with resistor pack and the car won't go pass 3000 RPM's, is this because my p28 ecu is stock...Do I need to chip it? I have a V-AFC.

a chipped and tuned ecu would help. but it sounds like you might have other problems.

btw, a vafc is not a good tuning tool

if the car is leaning out bad it will feel as if you hit a imaginary wall. like doood said tune will help

you don't need hondata, if you have a reputable shop with a dyno they should be able to chip and tune you're ecu with chrome/uberdata. however if you really wish to spend and extra (large sum) on hondata then go ahead.

go with chrome. just my opinion though. your tuner will know how much boost you can do with 450's. he will tell you when the injector is maxed.

depends on you're motor. is it built? do you have gsr/itr oil and water pumps? if it's somewhat stock i wouldn't suggest more than 10psi on the higher side, a nice 7psi for daily driving. however it's all in the tune.

depends on how many bar map you have. go with a motorola map sensor. im boosting 18 lbs on the street with chrome. tuning to 26 lbs at the track soon.

depends on the tuner. i have personally boosted 18 psi on gsr,ls, ls vtec. and 16 lbs on my b20vtec. all stock block plenty of people have exceeded that. like i said it depends on the tuning

the 450 injectors are used stock for 9 lbs so they can't go much more than that. If you have a built bottom end then you are going to want to get some bigger injectors to push some more boost through. If you don't get bigger injectors then there was no point to building your bottom end. Make your money worth it and get some nice injectors.

use injectors big enough to support the hp you'll be making. so, what's your hp goal?
