not being rude in any way , do you know from experience or seen it happen to some one else, just wanted to know if the pump could supply the demand that i needed, i know everyone uses that same fuel pump, but was wondering if anyone has tried to push the stock pump, with a similar set up, i know the pump is cheap and is easy to install, i put the oem one in my car when i first bought the car,but was wondering if i could get by, thanks for any help,
most likely ill just drop one in, incase it does not supply what i need , houston is a long way from sa for the tune,

Do you know how much your stock pump flows LPH? I know the GSR/Si stock pump flows 135 lph which can handle over 400hp. At your power range as long as it flows around 100 lph it should be fine. A 255lph would be total overkill, 190 lph would be as high as I would go on a NA motor.
My only thought to add to this and the only reason I put a 255 in mine (other than having one lying around) is that heat kills electric motors over time. Fuel is used to cool the pump as much as be sucked by it and when you have a 16 year old pump that has been ran low SOOOO many times, I would worry a bit about stressing it more by making it need to deliver more fuel. An original pump from that long ago is probably down on it's efficiency.
