Default integra type r turbo PROBLEM Can anyone help???

Hello i'm new to site. I live in ireland i have an integra type r turbo
running a drag generation 3 kit modified with tial 38mm wastegate engine built from ground up its running 1.4bar boost. all running on a M4 Motec Ecu

My Problem is when tuning the car and accelerate on 100% Trottle the car accelerates with a sudden burst making a healthy 1.4 bar but then hang's and car rev's and accelerates but feels slow more like a naturaly aspirated and only feels about 170bhp should be in excess of 300bhp anyone any ideas to why this is happening?

no dont but was tuned on road by motec on saturday and fueling and ignition is 100% turbo is spooling fine and making 1.4 bar and there is no detonation.

he thought exhaust could be damaged inside the middle box as was dented
could this cause this?

Sounds like VTEC is not kicking in. You will see boost constant but will feel like the car isn't going anywhere. You loose about 100+ HP without vtec engaging.

understand what u said but Vtech usually cuts in at 6 but even down at 4k revs i'm seeing constant boost but car not going anywhere
but am down about 100+hp

was tuned on laptop usin knock sensor and o2 sensor motec M4 so he could tell everything that was going on!
eg. sec i started car he could tell i had faulty wire on trottle position sensor which had to be repaired so if fuel, ignition timing was off or if there was detination he would know straight away.
i'm at a loss

So does the boost hold and everything seem correct as far as mechanics go? Or is the car sputtering, missing, and generally just being completely problematic.

If the cars not sputtering or popping and revs the same, I'd say it's your clutch slipping.

boost is holding at 1.4 bar right through the revs
car does not splutter at all is running 100% except is down serious power
have brand new exedy twin plate clutch so that def not slipping

If i give 3/4 trottle and let off slightly then give trottle again the car gives a good burst of power but if i just floor it 100% trottle it hangs and even though everything seems ok it's showing little power

I have an idea of what it could be... do you have a fuel dampner where your fuel line attaches to the fuel rail? If so, get rid of it! Either way, if I were you I wouldn't be doing full throttle pulls until you figure out your trouble. Do you have a wideband? Good luck.

I will have to find out if there is a fuel damper?
Can someone explain what this is please in ireland our terms are different for different bits.
Also what exactly is wideband and what does it do?

I had a similar problem with my car on the dyno. Do you have a catalytic converter on the car? Do you have flex pipe on your down pipe? If you have a cat check to make sure its not clogged and if you have flex pipe check to make sure it has not collasped in. My flex pipe collapsed in on the dyno and the car was only making 290 whp at 16.5 lbs of boost. Took the flex off and installed a new flex pipe and the car put down 400 whp at 16.5 lbs of boost.

^^i know you said it was tuned, but by that last question, i would have to restate my previous statement that your not getting enough fuel.

Can you take a picture of your fuel rail (especially where the fuel line from the fuel filter enters it)? The dampner is part of the banjo bolt that holds the (in) line to the rail. It has a plastic cap on it...
