Default exhaust (baffel?)

i took my rex to a muffler shop and they welded on from the axel back a magnaflow exhaust....they guy spot welded a baffel in it, this exhaust is not loud at all....it has SOME tone at around 2500 and 3000 when it pulls but not much....if i can pry or cut the baffel out will this make it have more tone and be more notacable.....i want to get my $200 bux worth??????

So what, you want it to sound like a hive of bees? I paid $550 for my exhaust and it's very quiet until around 3500 RPM, I like that very much. If you want something LOUD just get a fart cannon from Autozone and slap that puppy on.

That's your problem. I don't think that engine makes even 80 HP.

if its 84 and carbed maybe 1.3 L...thats where your sound is, he probably thought its good on cars, just not your exact application. I had an 84 before that thing was freaking quiet

Just keep it hte quieter the better...attention wise that is.

And to answer your question if you took it off it would be louder, but i am unsure if the tone would be rhaspy or whiny...i say just leave it pics of the 84 now
