Hi guys, long time lurker, but think this is my first time posting...anyway.

I have a very strange problem that I hopefully can explain right and get some help to try and fix my problem, so I really don't know how this happened, but my small lights (signal lights upfront) seem to be crosswired or so with my wiper/squirter system, it happened afew days ago and started off when I was driving down the road with my headlights on, all of a sudden my wipers come on without me turning them on, eventually shortly after they go off and then I notice my small light (signal lights) have gone out (they still work as actual signal lights but do not stay on when headlights are turned on), it turned out the fuse was blown, but didn't think much of it and replaced it, its now happened again, and when I replaced it for a 3rd time, it happened a couple hours ago.

Before the fuse blows, my wipers and squirters will come on IF I have my small lights (signal lights) turned on.....turn them off and the wipers/squirters go off, and it will keep doing this till the fuse blows.

Also before the fuse blows, and I am unable to turn my headlights on as it will turn on the wiper system, if I go to actually use the squirters with the lever, as I pull back, my dash will dim like I just turned on the headlights.

I hope I explained this decent enough and someone can help me out, I'm looking threw my Haynes and Helms manual to try and see what I could do, I don't really know where to begin as when it comes to this kind of electronics in cars, I'm kinda lost.
