Default Loose flywheel?

Ive had this wired knocking noise coming from my CRX with a B16 near the tranny area. It was only when I shifted or got on or off the gas fast. But just recently at the right speed and rpm combo the knocking noise is very rapid and it didn't hit me what it could be until it started rapidly knocking. It sounds just like a loose flywheel. Would a loose flywheel do that? Is there anyway to see if it is loose through the inspection plate?

Try to get a pry bar in there and see if you can move it back and forth at all.

i think if the flywheel was loose, it would vibrate your car at all RPMs and totally ruin your engine.

its probably axles, tires, or alignment. sounds like a suspension issue.
