I've got a stock 1990 Civic SI that hesitates before it's warmed up to the point that it looks like someone is learning to drive a manual shift. Rain doesn't seem to have any affect. It only hesitates at very light throttle and getting on the go pedal prevents it from happening. I'd like to know what to look at.

I've replaced most vacuum lines, plugs, wires, distributor cap and rotor. The ECU shows no codes. Any ideas? I appreciate your times folks.
