Default Resetting ECU?

I have a 1993 Honda Prelude VTEC which has been converted from kmh to mph. If i reset the ECU, will that affect the previous conversion and will it hopefully fix the 4WS? The 4WS light doesnt come up at all, so i cant diagnose.

If the conversion was done by re-writing the ECU then resetting it wont affect the conversion. However, depending on what ecu you have, it may or may not have the 4WS capabilities. If you have no 4WS that is really going to complicate the diagnosis problems. So to start out with what ECU are you using, how was it converted? What is wrong with the 4ws?

Is this the VTEC model or have you done the H22 swap? Is there a BB1 or BB2 in your VIN? The ECU has nothing to do with 4ws. The 4th gen 4ws system has its own control unit behind the drivers side rear seat.
