Default OBDI Conversion

I will be looking to do an OBDII to OBDI conversion this summer. Now I see that the JDM P14 ECU is readily available and the USDM P13 ECU is not. If I go to the P14 what problems could I expect? And how do you overcome the problems?

The ecu you are refering to is jdm p13 ecu. The p14 is h23a non vtec ecu. There is nothing wrong with the jdm ecu. The only main difference is the speed governor. I can remove that. Go ahead get the JDM p13 ecu.
