How much did the polish run...or if you did it yourself what methods did you use? Just wondering how they get in between the runners and get such a damn good polish everywhere. It's all very consistent. Alot of nice welds there too.

i polished everything individually, each runner, the collector and head flange all got sent to polishing in seperate pieces. For everything, intercooler piping, downpipe, manifold etc it was about 300$ to polish it all. thx for the comment

wow, i don't know if i'd put $300 up to polish it. it does look bling-bling, and give a very professional appearance but i'd sooner put the money towards something else like ceramic coating. i'll assume this is going to be a show car. i'm sure you will get plenty of attention due to the polishing. thanks for sharing.

it is polishing or actually plating? Looks very nice but I wonder how heat affects the finish once that motor is fired up.

That looks real clean I like the polish work and would like some more info on it. Also, post up some pics of the polish after some heat cycles

i thought the same thing it looks like it was dipped in chrome. looks good though, too bad after a few heat cycles it won't be so perrty.

All that polish makes me think that manifold is going to crack very soon. Lol j/k. It does look like a SSAC JDM B16 B18 B20 FULL RACE STYLE TURBO MANIFOLD

On a serious note: A+ on the fab work and the show quality
