Started out mock-up with a GT37R
30R mounted and downpipe being mocked up

Kinda Blurry out-of-car pic

Fully welded and all polished up!

Close up of the downpipe

How much did the polish run...or if you did it yourself what methods did you use? Just wondering how they get in between the runners and get such a damn good polish everywhere. It's all very consistent. Alot of nice welds there too.
i polished everything individually, each runner, the collector and head flange all got sent to polishing in seperate pieces. For everything, intercooler piping, downpipe, manifold etc it was about 300$ to polish it all. thx for the comment

how does one go about polishing it like that?

wow, i don't know if i'd put $300 up to polish it. it does look bling-bling, and give a very professional appearance but i'd sooner put the money towards something else like ceramic coating. i'll assume this is going to be a show car. i'm sure you will get plenty of attention due to the polishing. thanks for sharing.

to me it looks like it was coated not polished </TD></TR></TABLE>
i thought the same thing it looks like it was dipped in chrome.
looks good though, too bad after a few heat cycles it won't be so perrty.

All that polish makes me think that manifold is going to crack very soon.
Lol j/k. It does look like a SSAC JDM B16 B18 B20 FULL RACE STYLE TURBO MANIFOLD
On a serious note: A+ on the fab work and the show quality
